• Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group.
• Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. • Go through the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Leave feedback! Hosts rely on good reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback.
