This home was taken down to the studs in 2022 for remodel. The completely revamped duplex has 2 entrances, 2 screened in porches, and 2 kitchens. As you step inside, you’re greeted by a screened porch with enough space to eat, lounge, or have your morning coffee while you listen to the sound of the waves crashing. The living rooms seamlessly blend with the kitchens for comfortable and beautiful open concept. Elegant floor and tasteful neutral tones throughout.
The home features four bedrooms, all well appointed with comfort in mind. Every bedroom features a Intelligent TV with access to YouTube TV and many more streaming apps. All beds and linens are brand new as of 2023.
Now, step outside into your own private heaven. The backyard centered around a shining pool that invites relaxation and enjoyment. The pool is 14 x 28 and includes a tanning ledge and fountain which is ideal for modest kids who are still learning how to swim. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf.   • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
