The inviting living room is furnished with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploration. It also offers an HDTV for your entertainment, with simple access to the private patio for appreciating the outdoors.

The Primary bedroom is a restful getaway with a king bed, an HDTV, and a freshly modernized en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features a bespoke vanity and a chic subway tile walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds, also with its own HDTV and en-suite bathroom, refreshed with a bespoke vanity and walk-in shower.

Located near the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Palmetto Dunes Club and Robert Trent Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

How to get the best value:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hilton Head area. Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Look for your local Hilton Head area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores and visitor centers.   • Hosts are great sources of help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • To make sure no damages are attributed to your visit, inspect the property for any problem areas during arrival. E-mail the property manager right away to relay any issues. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are filled by local residents. Respecting late-night quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many vacation rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
