All the amenities of a home are here in this Hilton Head vacation rental, ensuring you are able to prepare gourmet meals for your family or group. The entirely equipped kitchen offers a Keurig coffee maker and counter seating for three. Spectacular coastal colors and beach décor throughout the villa put you in vacation mood immediately!

The dining area has seating for six to eight. The living room has been decorated with comfort in mind, with a 65 inch intelligent TV. There is plenty of seating in the living room with slider access to your private patio with calming vistas of the 11 mile lagoon that surrounds Palmetto Dunes.

Both Primary suites include two queens, 55-inch intelligent TVs, and refreshed, updated en-suite bathrooms.

Centre Court complex features a very enormous private community pool and tennis courts and is just steps away from the George Fazio and Robert Trent Jones Golf Courses. In addition, you can effortlessly walk to Alexander's Restaurant and the Palmetto Dunes General Store. There is also a seasonal on call shuttle Dunes Buggy that can take you all around the resort. The beach is just a short walk away as well!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Coligny Beach and Newhall Audubon Preserve reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf. Adventure Cove and The Sandbox are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.

Getting the best rental value:

  • Booking in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is an excellent way to save on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties.
