Located on the Hilton Head Resort less than 1 mile from the beach, this freshly updated 2BR/2BA condo is the ideal hideaway for a family vacation! Hop on the resort beach shuttle and dip your toes in the Atlantic, or walk just 300 yards to the waves on the private boardwalk access.

As a part of your stay at the resort, you will also savor access to indoor and outdoor complex pools, a hot tub, exercise center, tennis courts, and beachside cabana.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a sizable sectional. Make some popcorn and watch a new movie on the 47' cable TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.

When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the kitchen bar with seating for four. Or sip morning coffee at the island with seating for three.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-story condo sleeps up to seven guests in two bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Located near the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Adventure Cove and The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Sea Pines Forest Preserve. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Hilton Head. To get the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property management companies usually offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guides have offers and deals for local tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take video of the property to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
