Get the most from your budget:

Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Owners sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
