This delightful 3 bedroom Huntington Villa has been refreshed summer 2024! Savor all new furnishings, kitchen and additional upgrades!

Upon entry you are welcomed by floor to ceiling windows welcoming the natural vistas and sunlight. The open floor plan living, dining and kitchen flow generously together. The dining room seats six and the kitchen bar has seating for three additional people, the ideal place for family meals or game nights. Just off the dining room is a screened in porch overlooking one of Palmetto Dunes lagoons.

The main king bathroom is one the main level. This room features a king bed, TV, door to the outside patio, huge updated bathroom with double vanity and a enormous walk in shower. The additional bedrooms are on the second level. The first guest bedroom has two queen beds, TV, and a private bath with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom is across the catwalk over the living room and features a queen bed, TV and a private bath with a walk in shower.

Huntington Villas community pool is a very short walk from the front steps of this condo. The pretty Atlantic Ocean beach access is just across the street. Have sand between your toes within 5 mins.!

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Harbour Town Lighthouse and Stoney-Baynard Ruins. Legendary Golf and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including golfing.
