The kitchen stands out with its hand-crafted cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The kitchen will be completely-equipped upon your arrival. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats four guests. The kitchen bar seats an additional three guests.

The living room is framed ideally to enhance the direct ocean view through two enormous windows. The bespoke constructed-in accentuates the design of the space and provides a home to the huge Intelligent TV. Seating is varied and is ample enough to please the whole family. The guest bedroom features two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, known as a swing king. This conversion can be done upon request for an additional fee. The room also includes a intelligent HDTV. The guest bathroom, accessed from the hallway, has been newly updated featuring a sizable tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom overlooks the ocean and the striking grounds of the Hampton Place community, offering direct access to the private balcony.
