THINGS TO KNOW
During summer, reservations are from Saturday to Saturday, 7-nighttime stays.
This home has complimentary WiFi and intelligent cable TVs.
The Links is a gated community featuring a community pool that is not heated and is open seasonally April-October.
There is one trash and one recyclable container located in a trash enclosure between the home and the carport. Please don't leave any bags of garbage outside next to a full bin as it could cause litter in the area or harm curious wildlife.
Guests are welcome to make local use of the golf cart, with the following provisions: 1) SC law requires drivers must have drivers’ licenses, and 2) In 2023, Hilton Head Council made a change in bylaws that restricts short-term units from having parking passes to the Islander Beach parking lot. The result of this is that our golf carts can only be parked in metered spaces. There are roughly 20 metered spaces which are available on a first-come basis, and the cost is $1 per hour, using quarters. Carts parked illegally will be towed at the renter’s expense. In the event metered parking is not available, the carts can still be used to drive to the main entrance to drop off passengers and beach paraphernalia, and then returned to the villa.
Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our intelligent home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, accepting us to reach out directly with a reminder of max. occupancy and peaceful hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Hilton Head vacation rental tips:
Cost saving strategies:
- Summer is high season in Hilton Head. To find the best value, change your group's vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent temperatures, , and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
- In the Hilton Head area, The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best vacation rentals are reserved early. Booking your rental home six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation rental.
- Some hosts and property managers offer special rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family.
- Booking websites usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for details.
- Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines contain offers and deals for local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.
Choosing and booking the perfect Hilton Head rental:
- Choose a group leader, select your dates, and choose a maximum budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the configuration you need. Bright, comfortable villa near beach with pool access - 7-night summer stays has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our vacation rental search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is normally accessible on booking websites. Otherwise, contact the host before you reserve your rental. Note that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
- Visiting for a single event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
- Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with disabilities. Make certain to inquire about specialized equipment and wheel chair accessibility.
- Some properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, weight and breeds may be restricted, and added charges may apply. Ask the property management company about pets before booking.
Know before you go:
- Add the host's contact info to your phone. Understand and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
- Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Property managers are great sources of help! Don't be shy to ask questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor. Frequently, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations is the right thing to do.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
- Keep your rental home locked while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your holiday.
- At departure, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
- Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
