LIVING AREAS

The roomy open living area, replete with sleek wood floor throughout, provides all the amenities of home. Unwind with the latest blockbuster film on the 50' flat-screen TV. There's seating for five on a queen-size sleeper couch and appreciate seat.

KITCHEN & DINING

The modern kitchen features tile floor, granite countertops, and everything you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals. A full suite of kitchen appliances includes a dishwasher and an electric range.

When it's time to eat, find seating for four at the dining room table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This one-level condo sleeps up to six guests between the two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper couch in the living area.

Retreat to the relaxing master suite, furnished with a queen-size bed. Watch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom is furnished with two comfortable twin-size beds, and the guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
