This coastal-themed and freshly modernized condo in Palmetto Dunes offers spectacular ocean and pool vistas! The first-floor location will make this condo accessible for everybody! Gain access to the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. This open floor plan accepts for gorgeous vistas from every room. The living room features a flatscreen TV with a queen sleeper couch. The main bedroom features a king with a private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom has two queens with coastal chic furnishings, an updated walk-in shower, and flatscreen TV. The HVAC has a Micropower Guard Filtration System with a UV Oxidation System for healthier and fresher air circulation. Villamare is located on one of the most handsome stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. In addition to its location, Villamare also offers a private washer/dryer, an on-site exercise center, an indoor heated pool, as well as a beautiful oceanfront pool.

October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and exercise center will remain open.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking in Fall or Spring is a good way to save money on your rental home. Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer their guests an option to obtain trip insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. If your property and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was amiss and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
