This coastal-themed and freshly remodeled condo in Palmetto Dunes offers impressive ocean and pool vistas! The first-floor location will make this condo accessible for everybody! Gain access to the balconies from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. This open floor plan accepts for elegant vistas from every room. The living room features a flatscreen TV with a queen sleeper couch. The main bedroom features a king with a private bathroom with a handsome walk-in shower and flatscreen TV. The guest bedroom has two queens with coastal chic furnishings, an updated walk-in shower, and flatscreen TV. The HVAC has a Micropower Guard Filtration System with a UV Oxidation System for healthier and fresher air circulation. Villamare is located on one of the most gorgeous stretches of the Atlantic Ocean and is convenient to all the amenities Hilton Head offers. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Fort Howell and Harbour Town Lighthouse. Pirate's Island Adventure Golf and Legendary Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy vacation insurance.   • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to propel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation home. Please be objective.
