During this time, the pool and spa will be temporary closed, however, access to the SeaCrest oceanfront pool will still be available to guests.

Finding the best Hilton Head rental experience:
Finding your perfect rental:
- Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
- Summertime is high season in the Hilton Head area. Booking your Hilton Head vacation home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
- Owners sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies typically offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.
- Find a copy of your local Hilton Head visitors guide when you check-in. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local articles, travel guides have coupons for nearby accommodations, tours and attractions.
How to choose and book your prefect Hilton Head rental:
- Select vacation dates and budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. 2 Bed\/2 Bath Villa North Shore Place Near Coligny Beach, Rooftop Pool and Spa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is almost always accessible on booking pages. If not, contact the property management company before you reserve the vacation property. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what bed configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
- Some rental properties allow pets, and others do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- If there's a particular Hilton Head attraction you long to visit, keep an eye out for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before reserving a rental
Some things to know before you go:
- Get the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your . Store the host's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents a lot of issues.
- Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Document any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
- Be respectful. Often, nearby homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
- Double-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on great reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
