Take in fresh air out on the private balcony, or relax inside in the central air conditioning. Family-friendly by design, you'll find it painless to prepare up snacks for the beach basket in the full kitchen. If you're coming back from the beach, feel complimentary to wind down with one of your favorite movies on the Blu-Ray player. The bunk room is set up ideally for younger guests who want to make sand castle plans together. But no matter where you decide to sleep, guests of this condo can appreciate access to shared indoor and outdoor pools, as well as a shared hot tub, tennis court, and exercise room. Of course, the direct path to the beach will make every trip to the shore simple.

Located by the sea, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. When to visit Hilton Head & When to reserve a Hilton Head rental home:

  • To book the best vacation home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.
  • Find a copy of your local visitors guide upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, travel guides contain discounts for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental websites make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
