Outside, your furnished patio is ideal for morning coffee – courtesy of the Keurig and included K-cups – or evening drinks, courtesy of the wet bar just inside. Elsewhere in your open, comfortably furnished condo you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen ready for any task from making a quiche to pouring a bowl of cereal – you're on vacation, after all. Dine together at the table for eight or keep it casual and pull up a barstool. In the evening, settle down on the cheerful, striped couches and watch a little TV before bed.

This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Units of Hilton Head Island LLC.
The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).

The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 2 cars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located on the beach, this villa is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Coligny Plaza and Shelter Cove Towne Centre are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum. Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Getting the most from your budget:

  • Summer time is high season in Hilton Head. To find the best value, try changing your family's Hilton Head trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic.
  • The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental property.
  • Hosts sometimes offer special rates for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for additional information.

  • Review check in & check out procedures before leaving home. Take a printed copy, and save the instructions to your phone.
  • Record any issues with the rental upon arrival, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be beneficial if there is a dispute.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, intercom or kitchen appliance. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call prevents lots of issues.
  • Respect the neighborhood. Frequently, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the fresh catch of the day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Hosts rely on great ratings to inspire more reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationers will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective.
