The sun, sand, and surf are practically at your doorstep when you call this Hilton Head Seascape Villa your home away from home! Spend your days swimming in the condo's shared pool, followed by cookouts prepared over the private gas grille. Al fresco meals can be appreciated on the roomy deck, complete with an umbrella for additional sun protection.

Inside, you'll feel right at home amidst the living room's soft seating and enormous Intelligent TV. The condo's well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, whereas the wooden dining table is ideal for family-style meals, as well as, board game nights.

Before you settle down for the day, be sure to visit Coligny Beach Park, Harbour Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Lighthouse, and the Coastal Discovery Museum. Before bed each evening, tune the central air-conditioning to your liking and crawl under the soft linens, available in each of the rooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Located near the beach, this condo is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. While the natural beauty of Coligny Beach and North Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Palmetto Dunes Club.
The Sandbox and Lawton Stables are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are high season in the Hilton Head area. To book the best rental home within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group.
  • Booking websites usually offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your family's items at departure. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on great ratings to stimulate more reservations. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other families will will be grateful for your experience find their best vacation rental. Remember to be objective.
