Located in the Bluff Villas enclave on the South Beach side of the island, the condo features waterfront vistas of Braddock Cove and a convenient location steps from the beach. A marina with waterfront dining, boat units, and charter services is only a short walk from the condo. Harbour Town is only four miles away, and Coligny Beach Park is five miles away.

You'll find the inviting interior entirely furnished for modern living, with features including an open layout, a full kitchen, complimentary WiFi, and a intelligent TV. The sliding glass door can be opened to allow ocean breezes to circulate, but you'll also have central air-conditioning to ensure total home comfort.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
