During your stay, you'll also savor access to the huge community pool and attractively manicured grounds. The beach, Dunes House and Palmetto Dunes General Store are located just a short walk or bicycle ride away, with simple access on the paved pathway! Play the most fashionable sport in the country at the best Pickleball Courts.
The condo is entirely outfitted with pretty coastal decor throughout. The living area features laminate floor, comfortable furnishings, a intelligent TV, and access to the back deck through sliding doors. The back deck has a dining table and additional patio chairs for alfresco meals or outdoor calming. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A dedicated workspace is located on the second-floor landing for remote work convenience. Each main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a full bathroom is located downstairs for the bunk room. The unique bunk space features a playful nautical theme that is ideal for kids. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for additional information.

  • Lock your rental property while you are away! Don't let crooks ruin your vacation.
  • To ensure that damages are not attributed to your family's stay, inspect the rental for any problem areas upon check in. Make contact with the property manager immediately to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute, having a record of problems and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to confirm you haven't forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Hosts rely on excellent feedback to stimulate new reservations. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to solve it.
