The condo is entirely outfitted with enchanting coastal decor throughout. The living area features laminate floor, comfortable furnishings, a intelligent TV, and access to the back deck through sliding doors. The back deck has a dining table and additional patio chairs for alfresco meals or outdoor calming. The well-equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. A dedicated workspace is located on the second-floor landing for remote work convenience. Each main bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while a full bathroom is located downstairs for the bunk room. The unique bunk space features a playful nautical theme that is ideal for kids. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already supplied in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Hilton Head attractions.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Owners sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if rate reductions are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.

  • Be respectful. Often, nearby homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking regulations reduces conflict and allows everyone to enjoy their day.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are away, just like you would back home.
  • When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to confirm you did not leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a fantastic stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
