You'll also find a selection of dining, shopping, and entertainment options just a mile away at Coligny Plaza. Or you can head just a little bit further to the Village at Wexford for even more eateries and boutique stores. For a unique interactive museum experience, head to Sandbox. The whole family can have some fun at Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. The historic Harbour Town Lighthouse is also just a short drive from the condo. The Shipyard Plantation Beach Club features a host of private, oceanfront amenities and beach access just a short drive from the condo.

Between outings, relax in the living room while streaming shows and movies on the intelligent TV or make your way out to the water-view deck for coffee or cold beverages. Prepare delicious meals in the well-appointed full kitchen. Before dinner, mix up some happy hour libations at the wet bar. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Hilton Head vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Some owners offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Double-check the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photos of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent feedback to inspire future reservations. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will will be grateful for your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
