As you enter, you'll find a convenient laundry and storage area to your left. The entryway leads into an broad, refreshed kitchen featuring bespoke cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Entirely equipped to meet all your cooking needs, the kitchen opens into the inviting living room, where you can relax on a sizable sectional couch in front of a massive mounted Intelligent TV. A sliding door opens to your private deck, where you can savor serene vistas of the golf course.

The first floor also includes a roomy Primary Bedroom with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and a freshly updated en-suite bathroom. The opulent Primary Bathroom features a huge double vanity and a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms, each with its own character. The second bedroom is equipped with two Twin sized beds and a flat-screen TV, while the third bedroom features one Full-sized bed and one Twin sized bed, also with a mounted flat-screen TV.
