When you enter this handsome townhome the first thing you will see is the humongous golf course vistas! The entire back wall along the open plan living and dining is glass sliders and window leading to a enormous deck. The living room has a couch and appreciate seat and 55’’ flat screen TV with Bluetooth soundbar able to communicate with intelligent phones, laptops, or tablets. The dining room seats six and is open to the kitchen. The bright kitchen has refreshed stainless steel appliances and new washer and dryer. The guest bedroom on the first floor has all new king furnishings, linens, flatscreen TV, and overlooks the front of the property and shares the hall bath.
