Sea Cloisters 305 is a striking, two-bedroom, two-bathroom, oceanfront condo in the complex of Sea Cloisters in the Folly Field area of Hilton Head Island. Savor this newly modernized oceanfront villa with sweeping vistas of the water, or take a swim in the shared oceanfront pool.

Located on the third floor, this pretty condo is on a peaceful and serene stretch of beachfront property. Stores, eateries, gardens, and a park are all within walking or cycling distance. Unwind at the on-site pool and infant pool, savor cooking up a meal at the community's outdoor grille station, or try out your tennis skills at Chaplin Community Park, located just a short distance away.

This attractively decorated property, with new tile floor and carpeting throughout, offers an open living space with a new 55-inch Intelligent TV, a DVD player, a sleeper couch, a washer/dryer, and sliding doors that lead to a balcony overlooking the ocean. The kitchen features new granite counters, cherry cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar.

Get a restful nighttime's sleep in the main suite that features a king-size bed, a 42-inch flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a private en suite bath with a granite vanity top and a gorgeously tiled, glass-enclosed, walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed, a 32-inch flatscreen TV, a VCR, and access to a bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises.
The complex has a gated entry and a community parking lot. Parking is unassigned. The elevator is comfortably accessed from the parking lot.
The oceanfront pool is not heated and is open seasonally from April until October.
During the offseason, there is potential for some improvement projects at Sea Cloisters. This includes the balcony project, roof replacement, and work on the elevators. There have been no dates secured for these projects as of yet and we anticipate very little disruptions, if any, during your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located on the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coastal Discovery Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Legendary Golf and Hilton Head Zipline are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Tips and Tricks to get the perfect Hilton Head rental home experience:

When to visit & When to book:

  • Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Hilton Head area. To find the best value, try changing your family's Hilton Head trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warmer weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Hilton Head area travel guide magazines which include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a relationship between the management company and the business itself.   • If there's a certain Hilton Head destination you long to visit, look for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater especially to your needs.

During your stay:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Take a printed copy, and save the directions to your smartphone.
  • Property managers are available to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions during your stay.
  • Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • To make sure that no damages are linked to your visit, note any problem areas during check in. E-mail the property manager immediately to report any issues. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be very helpful.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peace. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known about!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Re-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to propel more bookings. They'll be grateful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the manager had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
