407 North Shore Place is a fourth-floor villa conveniently located one short block from the ocean and across the street from the vibrant stores and eateries of Coligny Plaza. North Shore Place is located right in the heart of Forest Beach, with bright and open kitchens, upsized tubs, covered balconies, and on-site parking under the building with key-coded security. This property showcases a rooftop pool, hot tub, and sundeck, as well as pool access at the Seacrest. Beach access is right across the street, just past the Seacrest.

As you enter the front door, you’re greeted with an open floor plan, bright coastal décor, and tile floor. The living area features comfortable seating, a huge TV, complimentary WiFi, and access to a private breezy balcony with lounge chairs and a dining area offering glimpses of the ocean and lush greenery.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sticking to a budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Hilton Head area. To get the largest rental within budget, we recommend booking in the Fall or Spring.   • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for specifics.
  • Find a copy of your local Hilton Head area magazine when you check-in. If your rental doesn't have one, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great articles, visitor guide magazines have coupons for nearby tours, shops, and attractions.

  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let thieves ruin your family vacation.
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to make sure you did not forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
