Remodeled condo in the highly sought after Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. You'll appreciate Southern Tides Retreat. This gorgeous 2 bed / 2 bath condo offers everything your family will need to have the ideal beach vacation. Equipped with a huge screen TV in the living room and master suite, full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes if you decide to prepare and eat in, but with 3 eateries on site you don't have to.

You'll never want to leave as you'll appreciate a short 5 min. walk to the charming oceanside pool and beach. Appreciate tennis, pickle ball, a exercise center, and bicycle rental all on-site. The villa can host 6 guest comfortably and is equipped with beach equipment, games, and everything you'll need to have a great vacation.

You'll savor the view from the balcony of the lagoon in this 3rd floor, walk up villa. The primary suite offers a extravagant queen bed, private bath, plenty of comfortable pillows, iron and ironing board, and intelligent TV. The guest bedroom offers a double and twin bed, TV and pack-n-play crib.

The resort has everything you need with 3 on-site eateries including Jamaica Joes beach site bar, Gators Pizza, and Coconuts Sports Bar. Tennis and Pickle ball are complimentary. There is on-site coin operated laundry. Located mid-island you'll find that you are close to everything the island has to offer including water sports, fine dining, fishing, and of course, the beach! During the summer months, there are multiple kid-friendly activities like hair braiding, family movie nighttime at the pool, ice cream, trivia, magic, karaoke, airbrush tattoos, and more!

The Breeze trolley service runs every 30 mins. and has a stop at the resort. It starts back up again on March 29th, 2025 and will run until around Labor Day. It is available from 1PM-10PM during the week and 1PM-11PM on Friday & Saturday.

This is a gated resort with 24 hour security. Please let us know how many car passes you need (limit 2). The primary guest must be 25 years of age. This is a NON-SMOKING and vaping unit. This includes the balcony. This resort has a strict NO FAMILY PETS policy. Please let us know if you have a service animal.

Located on a lake, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island.
