When you need a break from the sun, settle down in the open-concept interior where you can relax, dine, and prepare with ease. When you aren't dining out, the well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, ample meal prep space, and a separate coffee/drink bar. This condo is a great work-from-home option with a huge desk and space to add a printer and office supplies. The private balcony overlooks the sizable outdoor pool, and for more recreation, you're just steps from the indoor pool and office and exercise room.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).   • Property management companies often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or additional gas expenses.
