304 Forest Beach Villas is a cavernous, refreshed third-floor villa located right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean! The open floor plan of this property is sure to delight.

The living area features a sleeper couch, comfortable seating, flat screen TV, table and chair set, and access to a private balcony. The completely refreshed kitchen features tile floor, plenty of cabinet space, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking silverware needed to prepare all your meals.

The master suite is roomy and comfortable with a TV, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. The modernized bathroom features tile floor, a enormous vanity, and a tub/shower combination.

Conveniently located in Forest Beach, these villas are right across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and within walking distance of all the eateries, stores, and attractions of Coligny Circle. Forest Beach Villas is a modest, private complex providing a peaceful and calming vacation to its guests. The complex has landscaped grounds, a swimming pool, and two updated on-site tennis courts that now allow for pickleball as well. There is also underground parking as well as parking in front of the building.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Property managers sometimes offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can often help. Who better to ask where to rent beach equipment, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to make sure you've collected all of your things. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property owners rely on excellent ratings to propel future bookings. They'll be thankful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't as described, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your experience and help them have the best future vacation. Remember to be objective. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to fix it.
