This one bedroom condominium has nice vistas of the Atlantic Ocean. As you enter the dining room will be on your left and seats five. To the right is the kitchen will all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen comes entirely equipped so that all your cooking needs will be met. There is additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The living room contains a wall of windows accepting tons of light in. There is a flat screen tv, additional murphy bed which can be unfolded from the cabinet and modern but comfortable furnishings. The Primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen tv and slider access to your private balcony. The en-suite Primary Bathroom contains a double vanity, sunken garden tub and separate walk-in shower. Down the elevator you are just a couple min. walk to the beach.

This building will be undergoing a painting and window/door replacement project from 9/15/24-3/15/2025. Construction noise and view obstruction may occur even when the work is not in the immediate vicinity. This will be finished in sections so all units will not be directly affected at the same time. The install dates for this villa are sometime between 9/30/25-11/30/24. Exact dates have not been included by the HOA/Regime. The pool and all of the building amenities will be operational.

Located near the beach, this villa is in South End, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Coligny Beach and Tybee Island Beach. Legendary Golf and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf are also worth visiting. Surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
