Village House 108 is a gorgeous condo located in the complex of The Village House in Port Royal Village. This end condo is well maintained and decorated with a light and airy touch. This well-appointed and elegantly furnished home away from home creates a comfortable and calming environment for either a vacation or a long-term rental. Great location only a few mins. walk to the beach, pool, and Westin. This gem of a condo features a private rear exit from the balcony that accepts for accessing the courtyard directly from the villa.

Enter the building through the lobby and take the elevator to the first level. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes direct check-in and check-out a breeze. You are greeted by the tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper couch and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for appreciating the serene sounds of the village. The completely-equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a TV, balcony access, and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has two queen beds, a TV, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. This condo offers countless entertainment thanks to the cable TV and complimentary WiFi available. The Village House is a multi-story building with lobby entry (lobby locks after hours for security) and offers an unassigned community parking lot and access to a shared community pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. When to go & When to book:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Hilton Head area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your family.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses.   • When it's time to leave, take a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Remember to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.

If your rental property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear it.
