Our FAQ:

HOW FAR TO BEACH: Step off the patio and onto the beachwalk path-- less than 3 mins. walk and your toes are in the surf.

PAYMENTS: 50% due upon booking. Full amount due at 60 days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 61 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-returnable. Travel insurance is always highly recommended.

SECURITY CAMERAS AT THIS LOCATION: Doorbell camera showing entry steps and part of driveway; one additional camera at pool equipment enclosure showing only pool equipment and beach path. No other cameras. No audio.

POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all months/air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-returnable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite restaurants and activities.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for details.
• Often, property management companies supply Hilton Head area visitors guide magazines that include coupons, either offered independently by local companies, or through a relationship with the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

• Go through the rental a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition.
