Located just steps from Trent Jones Golf Courses, the beach, and a local market, this ground-floor condo is ideally suited to host your Hilton Head hideaway. This coastal getaway also features an enclosed deck with a gas grille and outdoor seating for backyard barbecues.

The roomy, two-bedroom interior has been furnished with guest comfort in mind. Vaulted ceilings and couch seating in the living room offer a breezy place to savor comfortable downtime while streaming some of your favorite shows and movies on the flatscreen intelligent TV. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and plenty of counter space and cabinets. A pass-through window makes it painless to serve up dishes in the dining area with seating for four. A tidy breakfast bar offers seating for two.

Modern essentials include central AC, complimentary WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. The home also has a variety of kid-friendly amenities including a Pack-N-Play, booster seat for dining, and plastic dinner wear. Additionally, you'll be granted access to a shining, shared outdoor pool.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

About the Area

Located near the beach, this condo is in Mid Island, a neighborhood in Hilton Head Island. Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and Coligny Theater are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Golf Courses of Palmetto Dunes and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. Legendary Golf and Adventure Cove are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
