Upon entering this first-floor gem, you will encounter a gorgeously furnished and decorated open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. About the Area

Located in Hilton Head Island, this condo is in the city center and on the beach. Fort Howell and Fort Mitchel are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Palmetto Dunes Club and Adventure Cove. Sticking to a budget:

  • The sooner you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Booking your rental home up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Hilton Head. To book the largest rental within your budget, we recommend reserving in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • Hosts sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer customers an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not forget any personal items. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the property manager isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your family have a great stay? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was out of order and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
